# SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern **SMS messages from Shelley Construction LLC**. By providing your mobile number to Shelley Construction LLC ("Shelley Construction," "we," "us") in person, on our contact form, on a contract or work order, or by any other means, you agree to these terms.

## Program Description

**SMS messages from Shelley Construction LLC** are transactional and informational text messages related to your project, including:

-   Estimate status and approvals
-   Appointment and crew-arrival reminders
-   Schedule changes and weather delays
-   Change-order requests
-   Invoice notifications and payment receipts
-   Permit, inspection, and project-completion updates
-   Direct two-way conversation with your project manager

These messages do not include marketing or promotional content.

## Message Frequency

**Message frequency varies** based on project activity. You may receive multiple messages on active project days and few or none between phases.

## Cost

**Message and data rates may apply.** Shelley Construction does not charge for sending or receiving these messages, but standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

## Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most other US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

## Opt-Out

You can cancel SMS messages from us at any time. **Reply STOP** to any message you receive from us, and we will unsubscribe you from this program. After replying STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed; you will not receive any further texts unless you re-enroll.
